Do you eat breakfast?
 
Now, many people skip their breakfast. I think many people think that breakfast is not very important meal. But, we need to eat breakfast.
Today, we find the importance of eating breakfast.
 
The meaning of breakfast is breaking the fast. We should fill the lacking glucose.
Glucose is the energy that our body need. But many people skip their meal and couldn't fill their lacking glucose.
 
When we skip breakfast, we can be easily tired and sleepy because we don’t have enough energy. Glucose is the only nutrient of brain, so we can’t focus on study when we skip breakfast.
Skipping breakfast connected to overeat. Frequently overeat and snacks can cause overweight.
But, when we eat breakfast, we can gain energy and nutrient that make children to grow. And, we can prevent gastritis or other stomach problem.
 
Then, let's study about 5 nutrients that we must eat for breakfast.
Carbohydrate and Fat. Carbohydrate is the main energy source and they make moving brain and muscle. But excessive carbohydrate and fat can cause obesity.
- Corn , rice, bread, butter, and oil
Vitamin can be found in vegetables and fruits. We can’t make them in our body, so we should gain them by eating fruits.
- Vegetable, fruit, and mushroom
Protein and Minerals make hormone that can control our body.
- Meat, bean, and fish
 
I think you can eat breakfast more easy when you wake up early and have a simple exercising. Stretching stimulates your appetite.
